Penelope Chotomanidou

Born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1978, Penelope holds an LLB in Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) in Economic Criminal Law from the Ruprecht-Karls- Universität Heidelberg in Germany. She is also a graduate with honors of the Higher School of Pedagogical and Technological Education and received a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence.

Penelope has a significant experience in Property and Cadastral Law and has many years of experience in Bankruptcy and Corporate Law.

She is appointed to the Thessaloniki Bar Association as an Attorney on Appeal and Certified Insolvency Administrator of the Special Secretariat for Private Debt Management of the Ministry of Finance.

Ιn the academic year 2022-2023 she was admitted to the Interdepartmental Master's Program of the Departments of Law, Agronomy and Topographical Engineering and Forestry and Natural Environment of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki "Cadastre: Legal, Technical and Environmental Dimensions".
